PerchCanvas – License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Themeperch Ltd and the user of PerchCanvas, a powerful theme builder designed for internal use within Themeperch Ltd.license
By using PerchCanvas, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using PerchCanvas.
License Terms
- Permitted Use: PerchCanvas is intended for internal use only by Themeperch Ltd. It is prohibited to distribute, sublicense, or transfer the plugin to any external party without explicit written permission from Themeperch Ltd.
- Modifications: Users are allowed to modify and customize PerchCanvas for internal purposes within Themeperch Ltd, but these modifications must not lead to external distribution or public availability of the plugin.
- Ownership: Themeperch Ltd retains full ownership and intellectual property rights of PerchCanvas. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for internal use within Themeperch Ltd.
- Support & Updates: Themeperch Ltd may provide support and updates for PerchCanvas as deemed necessary. Users are not entitled to automatic updates or support unless otherwise specified.
- Liability: Themeperch Ltd is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use or inability to use PerchCanvas, including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Themeperch Ltd reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if users violate any terms outlined herein.

Agreement Acceptance
